Ingredients

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 cups of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in olive oil and water until combined.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and basil and stir until combined.
  4. Transfer dough to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.
