Ingredients
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 cups of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in olive oil and water until combined.
- Add diced tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and basil and stir until combined.
- Transfer dough to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
