Ingredients
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of water
2 cups of diced tomatoes
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in olive oil and water until combined.
Add diced tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and basil and stir until combined.
Transfer dough to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
