Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper. Add the potato wedges and toss to coat.
- Spread the potatoes onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
