Ingredients
- 1 lb. green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Directions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the green beans and spices and cook, stirring occasionally, until the beans are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the sesame seeds and cook for 1 minute more.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and serve.
