Ingredients

  • 1 lb. green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the green beans and spices and cook, stirring occasionally, until the beans are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sesame seeds and cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and serve.
