Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil and lemon-pepper seasoning.
  3. Transfer to a baking sheet and spread in an even layer.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted and vegetables are tender.
