Ingredients

  • 1 pound spicy ground sausage
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat until browned, about 8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine sausage, black beans, cream cheese, Mexican cheese blend, green chilies, and cilantro. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
