1 lb. sausage
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt

8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage, onion, and garlic until sausage is no longer pink; drain fat.
In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer frozen potatoes, sausage mixture, and cheese.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until eggs are set.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
