Ingredients

  • 2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 poblano peppers, diced
  • 2 jalapeños, diced (optional)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups tomatillos, diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
