Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) package lasagna noodles, cooked and broken into small pieces
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the marinara sauce and bring to a simmer.
- Add the lasagna noodles and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses and cook until melted and combined, about 3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
