Ingredients
- 1 package lasagna pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook the lasagna pasta according to package instructions.
- Spread ½ cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place a layer of lasagna pasta over the sauce.
- Spread ½ cup of ricotta cheese over the pasta.
- Sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella cheese over the ricotta cheese.
- Repeat the layering process until all of the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and basil over the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
