Ingredients
2 fillets of white fish such as cod or haddock
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of butter

3 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Add the cream and parmesan cheese and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add the fish fillets to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve with the sauce and enjoy!
