Ingredients
- 2 fillets of white fish such as cod or haddock
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of white wine
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the breadcrumbs, egg, and flour in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Dip the fish fillets in the mixture, coating completely.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cream and parmesan cheese and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Add the fish fillets to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve with the sauce and enjoy!
