Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fish sauce

Directions

Add fish sauce, soy sauce, tomato paste, pepper, and turmeric and cook for another minute.
Add broth, kalabasa, long beans, guinataan, and sitar and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add salt to taste and serve hot.
