Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 apples, cored and chopped
  • 2 cups red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, apples, grapes, and coconut.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and stir until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
