Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic powder, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the soy sauce mixture to the pan and stir to coat the shrimp. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  4. Serve over cooked rice.
