Ingredients

  • 2 racks of lamb, trimmed and frenched
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and green onions to make the marinade.
  2. Place the racks of lamb in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the lamb from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill the racks of lamb for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium-rare or 160°F for medium.
