Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the soy sauce and freshly grated ginger.
  2. Add the chicken strips to the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.

  4. Dip each chicken strip into the beaten egg, then coat in the panko mixture.

  6. Fry the chicken strips for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
