Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into bottom of springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in key lime juice, lime zest and sour cream. Pour into prepared crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
