Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ½ cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until softened. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Pour egg mixture into the skillet and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until eggs are set on the bottom.
  5. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until eggs are completely set.
