Ingredients
- 2 cups grated jicama
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the jicama, flour, salt and cumin. Mix until combined.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Divide the jicama mixture into 8 equal portions. Place one portion in the skillet and flatten with the back of a spoon to form a tortilla shape.
- Cook the tortilla for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve with your favorite toppings or fillings.
