Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip the chicken breasts into the breadcrumb mixture, coating them evenly on both sides.
