Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the cabbage, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Cook until the cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cream and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
