Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, bell pepper, carrot, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until fully combined.
- Form the ground beef mixture into a loaf shape and place in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread the ketchup mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 165 degrees F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
