Directions
Peel the plantains and slice them into 1/4-inch thick slices.
In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the plantain slices and toss to coat.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt. Add the coated plantains and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Divide the cooked plantains into 4 equal piles. Place one pile on each plate and top with the grated cheese.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and ketchup. Spread the mixture on each plantain slice.
Top with the lettuce, onion, tomato, and meat of your choice. Serve immediately.
