Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  5. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the Brussels sprouts and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and golden brown.
