Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of butter
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) of chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) of cooked shrimp, chopped

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, and salt until combined.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add the green onions and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until the eggs are just beginning to set, about 3 minutes.
