Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, and salt until combined.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
- Add the green onions and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
- Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until the eggs are just beginning to set, about 3 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook until the eggs are cooked through, about 2 minutes.
