Ingredients
2 7 oz cans of tuna
1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

Form the mixture into 8 small cakes.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cakes and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the heat and serve.
