Ingredients
- 1 (6.5 ounce) can minced clams, drained
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the clams, onion, garlic, cream cheese, sour cream, parsley, oregano, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve hot with crackers or chips.
Interesting Facts
- This hot clam dip can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
