Ingredients

  • 1 (6.5 ounce) can minced clams, drained
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the clams, onion, garlic, cream cheese, sour cream, parsley, oregano, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  4. Serve hot with crackers or chips.
