Easy Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 pint of your favorite ice cream
• 1 package of store-bought cookies

Directions

1. Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes to soften.
2. Open the package of cookies and carefully remove one of the cookies from the package.
3. Scoop a generous amount of ice cream onto the cookie and spread it into an even layer, leaving a small border of cookie around the edges.
4. Carefully place a second cookie on top of the ice cream and press down lightly.
5. Repeat with the remaining cookies and ice cream.
6. Serve immediately or place in the freezer to enjoy later.
