Ingredients
- 1 pint of your favorite ice cream
- 1 package of store-bought cookies
Directions
- Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes to soften.
- Open the package of cookies and carefully remove one of the cookies from the package.
- Scoop a generous amount of ice cream onto the cookie and spread it into an even layer, leaving a small border of cookie around the edges.
- Carefully place a second cookie on top of the ice cream and press down lightly.
- Repeat with the remaining cookies and ice cream.
- Serve immediately or place in the freezer to enjoy later.
