Ingredients

  • 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup of cooked and shredded crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, crabmeat, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, and parsley flakes.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-proof dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Top with the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with crackers or chips.
