Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large skillet, sauté mushrooms, onion, and garlic in olive oil over medium-high heat until mushrooms are tender and liquid has evaporated. Stir in oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
Stir in wine and tomato paste; cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, and basil.
Spread 1/2 cup of the mushroom mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with 4 lasagna noodles. Spread half of the remaining mushroom mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Top with 4 lasagna noodles.
Spread the remaining mushroom mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
