Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice potatoes into thin chips (about 1/8-inch thick).
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  5. Drain cooked potatoes on a paper towel-lined plate.
  6. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove chips from oven and let cool.
  8. Mix together white vinegar and sea salt in a bowl.
  9. Add chips to the bowl and toss to coat.
  10. Serve chips warm or at room temperature.
