Ingredients
3-4 medium potatoes
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons of sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice potatoes into thin chips (about 1/8-inch thick).
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
Drain cooked potatoes on a paper towel-lined plate.

Remove chips from oven and let cool.
