Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. mahi-mahi fillets
  • 2 lemons, halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place mahi-mahi fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the fillets.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper seasoning, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture over the fillets, coating them evenly.
  6. Place the remaining lemon halves on top of the fillets.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
