Ingredients
- 2 lbs. mahi-mahi fillets
- 2 lemons, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place mahi-mahi fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the fillets.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper seasoning, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the fillets, coating them evenly.
- Place the remaining lemon halves on top of the fillets.
