Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pork, sage, salt, thyme, black pepper, red pepper flakes, dry mustard, nutmeg, garlic powder, ginger, cayenne pepper and allspice until fully combined.
- Form the sausage mixture into patties, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place the patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Flip the patties over and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite breakfast sides.
