Ingredients
- 1 lb. Chorizo
- 4 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeno
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo until browned, about 8 minutes.
- Add the onion, bell pepper and jalapeno to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cheese until melted and combined.
- Spread the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with salsa. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
