Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges, leaving the core intact.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the cabbage wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush both sides of the wedges with the olive oil mixture.
  6. Roast in preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
