Ingredients
1 package puff pastry, thawed
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg, beaten

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Unfold the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Mix together the feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture over the puff pastry.
Fold the pastry over and press the edges together to seal.
Cut the pastry into 2-inch squares and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Brush the tops with beaten egg. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
