Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of cheese
- 4 English muffins, split and toasted
Directions
- In a medium skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
- Leave the bacon fat in the pan and add the eggs. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- To assemble the sandwiches, place a slice of cheese on each toasted English muffin. Top each with a slice of bacon and an egg.
- Serve warm.
