- 1/4 cup (50 g) dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) heavy cream
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) whole milk
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the ricotta cheese, dark chocolate chips, heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is completely combined and smooth.
- Remove from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
