Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120 g) ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup (50 ml) heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup (50 ml) whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the ricotta cheese, dark chocolate chips, heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is completely combined and smooth.
  3. Remove from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
