Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons dried raisins
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
- In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the oats, milk, flax seeds, protein powder and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until the oats are tender.
- Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and top with walnuts, raisins and maple syrup.
