Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons dried raisins
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the oats, milk, flax seeds, protein powder and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until the oats are tender.
  3. Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and top with walnuts, raisins and maple syrup.
  4. Enjoy!
