Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cheese and butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add the water and mix until the dough comes together.
  5. Roll out the dough to 1/4-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
  6. Cut out crackers with a 2-inch round cookie cutter.
  7. Place the crackers on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
