Ingredients
1 pound of pizza dough
3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup of pizza sauce
2 cups of your favorite pizza toppings (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, etc.)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Divide the pizza dough in half and roll out each half into a 12-inch circle.
Place one of the dough circles onto a greased baking sheet.
Spread the pizza sauce over the dough circle.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce.
Top with your favorite pizza toppings.
Place the other dough circle on top and press the edges together to seal.
Brush the top of the dough with olive oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Cut into slices and serve.
