Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of kale, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (such as Parmesan, cheddar, or mozzarella)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the leaves from the stems of the kale and tear into small pieces. Place in a large bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the kale onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges of the kale are crisp.
  5. Let cool before serving.
