Ingredients
1 large bunch of kale, washed and dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup grated cheese (such as Parmesan, cheddar, or mozzarella)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Remove the leaves from the stems of the kale and tear into small pieces. Place in a large bowl.
Add the olive oil, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Toss to coat.
Spread the kale onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges of the kale are crisp.
Let cool before serving.
