Ingredients
- 3 cups peeled potatoes, diced
- 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the potatoes, swiss cheese, and parmesan cheese. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and mix until smooth. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until thick. Pour over the potatoes and cheese.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top and season with salt and pepper. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
