Ingredients

  • 3 cups peeled potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the potatoes, swiss cheese, and parmesan cheese. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and mix until smooth. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until thick. Pour over the potatoes and cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top and season with salt and pepper. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
