Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ground chai

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes (optional)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the chai, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and nutmeg. Mix together until evenly combined.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut milk, honey, and coconut oil. Heat until the mixture is hot, but not boiling.
  3. Add the dry spices to the mixture and stir until completely combined.
  4. Divide the latte between two mugs and top with coconut flakes, if desired.
