These high protein snack bars are perfect for a quick and nutritious snack during your busy day. Packed with nuts, seeds, and protein powder, they will keep you satisfied and energized for hours.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (e.g. cranberries, raisins)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, pulse almonds, cashews, and oats until finely chopped.
  3. Transfer nut mixture to a bowl and stir in protein powder, honey, almond butter, chia seeds, dried fruit, and chocolate chips.
