Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin (1-1.5 lbs)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, pepper, cumin, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir to combine.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin into a large baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Use your hands to rub the marinade all over the pork.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
  5. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
