Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (1-1.5 lbs)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, pepper, cumin, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir to combine.
- Place the pork tenderloin into a large baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Use your hands to rub the marinade all over the pork.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
- Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
