Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the melted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the batter until just blended. Fold in the mashed bananas and blueberries.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
