Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 lb pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for 6 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  4. Once the salmon is cooked, remove from the grill and flake into large pieces.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, olive oil, white wine, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  6. Add the salmon to the pasta and mix until combined.
  7. Serve immediately.
