Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
- Mix together hash browns, butter, and onion in a medium bowl. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of the prepared pie plate.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In the same bowl, mix together ham, broccoli, cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into the partially cooked crust.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
