Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-carb graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar substitute
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar substitute, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until smooth.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust and bake for 35 minutes.
  5. Cool completely before refrigerating.
