Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cabbage and diced onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, horseradish, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and onion mixture and mix until all the vegetables are evenly coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
